How do I get paid for my ticket sales?

If you sold paid tickets for your event, you may be eligible to receive a payment from SI Tickets. SI Tickets issues Event Payouts semi-monthly, where the event date of any active transactions occurred in the prior semi-monthly period (the “billing cycle”).

There are two (2) billing cycles per month:

  • 12:00 AM ET on the first day of each  month, through 11:59 PM ET on the 15th day of the month
    -and-
  • 12:00 AM ET on the 16th day of each  month, through 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the month.

Each Payout will be equal to the Order Totals for any applicable events and orders as described above less SI Tickets Fees, any applicable Sales and Use Taxes charged to the End User, and any Payment Reserve.

SI Tickets will issue the payment electronically via Bill.com. If you are a host and you are either just getting set up or if you have not been paid for your events, please create an account on bill.com and email boxofficesupport@sitickets.com for further instructions.

In addition to setting up an account with Bill.com to receive payments from SI Tickets, you also must provide SI Tickets with any tax documents requested.. For instance, all clients regardless of sales volume on SI Tickets must complete a W9 or W8 before any payments will be issued. SI Tickets will withhold payment until any and all requested forms have been received by you. If you are a host and you are either just getting set up or if you have not been paid for your events, please ensure you have completed this step. If you have not, you may email these tax forms to boxofficesupport@sitickets.com

If there is a payment due to you, SI Tickets will issue you a remittance statement with the details of your payment at the close of each Billing Cycle. Payments are only issued in USD. We do not provide currency conversion services. You are responsible for any fees that you incur by your bank or credit card provider to convert payouts we issue to you in USD.

We are not required to make payments for any ticket sales associated with an event that has become, or that we believe is at risk of being, a Canceled Event.
